Leaving a more radical formalism, Richard Mill defines his frame of reference with his most recent work. The spontaneous gestuality is bringing great curves into the works in an anthropomorphic kind of way. The forms are getting clearer and refer to inscriptions on the canevas that help the viewer to interpret. Richard Mill knows how to reinvent his plastic language as well as leaving as less as a shadow of figuration.
